uncut. Collates 216 pp.: [2], 1-32 (introduction and essays by William Blades),
[2], 177 (facsimile), [3]. New vellum cover, original boards fine, internally
fine, the quires unopened. The facsimile reproduces English black-letter
printing on fine laid paper and is preceded by an authoritative introduction
by William Blades which includes a discussion of the typography and bibliography
of the book. While the edition is not stated, this volume represents fine
press printing which must have entailed a corresponding limitation.
